I ordered the grilled Italian. I always get the same thing every time I go to any penn station. I said no TOMATOS. And it looks like they added MAYO and I did not want MAYO

0 out of 10 how do you read extra pickles and put none then forgot my fries had to wait for those. I could see if yall were busy I was the only person in there.

ordered on doordash twice, first time i ordered i ordered a large fry, with my sandwiches, i got a small fry. The second time i ordered i reordered my large fry since i didn’t get it, and i got someone else’s doordash order and my names nowhere near the women’s name on the order so idk how you guys even mixed em up. I would show pictures of the first orders mistakes but i didn’t save em, i did make a review on doordash tho, and i also contacted doordash about the issue.

Penn station never misses unless u end up at this location. Grease soaked bread like how? the bread is thick af. Not going back!

the guy there was soo sweet it was raining and we left to go and he ran out into the rain to give us a plastic bag so our food wouldn’t get soggy and they just all have a very good like energy and are just all around cool ppl
