Review:

I recently visited Penn Station, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The food I received was awful—completely unacceptable. The fries were old and even appeared to be molded, the steak tasted old and unseasoned, and the sandwich was noticeably smaller than it typically is. It was clear the order was rushed and lacked the quality I’ve come to expect from Penn Station.

To make matters worse, I did not receive the complimentary sandwich offered as part of the Bengals rewards program after their win. This entire experience was unacceptable, and I’m extremely dissatisfied.

I would like either a refund or a freshly made order that is prepared correctly. This visit did not meet even the basic standards of quality, and I hope management will take action to prevent similar issues in the future.

Made my order wrong. I called and he said I had to bring the sandwich back. Got there and just asked for a refund. Manager don’t even apologize.

Ordered online for a special which could only be purchased online. When I showed up to get the order the employees said that they have a known glitch where orders aren't printed at the store for 2 hours later. We were then told to wait in the store for the next hour and a half. When we pointed out that this was a stupid choice the only other one we were given was to go home and trust that when the order prints they will void it rather than actually making the sandwhich for us we already paid for. A complete lack of logical decision making abilities is evident here. Worse yet, it turns out this is system wide so all of the locations are telling people they cannot make a sandwhich for a completed order until the ticket prints hours later even with proof of purchase.

I rarely eat at Penn Station and hadn't eaten all day. I decided to try something quick and cheap. Let me tell youuuuuu, whoever made my ghost pepper cheesesteak tonight brought their A game!!!! It was delicious!!! Keep up the great work! The night crew did their thing tonight!!!!

Totally awesome experience from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we walked out the door! Definitely plan on returning sooner than later!

Pennstation is normally the bomb. They make top tier food. But this particular one frequently prepares food inadequately. Today I ordered a chicken teriyaki with extra teriyaki and it had close to none on it at all. Even if I wouldn’t have ordered extra it still wouldn’t have been enough. The food isn’t cheap and it boggles my mind they have employees that either don’t care or are improperly trained or a combination of the two. Go to any location but this one.
The manager was nice to me on my way out the door that’s the only reason the atmosphere got a five star rating.

I Am Currently Eating Inside The Downtown Location Now It Is Very Clean And The Employees Are Very Respectful. Today I Was Sad And My Cashier That Helped Me He Was A Young Guy With Glasses And Braids He Is Very Speedy And I Appreciate The Excellent Customer Service❤️ Great STORE overall

I like coming to Penn station one of my favorite restaurants but yesterday I came in got me a large Philly extra mayo cheese banana peppers green peppers onions lite teriyaki parmesan cheese .. so I happily got my order thinking everything was going to be great when I got home, but no took a couple a bites on my sandwich I ate a mushroom I called the store I was told to bring my food back now I’m pissed I stay way across town so I came back got a remake now this time ain’t no
Teriyaki on my sandwich and it was less Potion I’m not happy at all about my food

Me and my friends went to Penn station downtown we ordered our food which was good and hot we were going to sit in and eat but the tables were dirty and the chair were dirty and also I believe it was a roach are some type of insect crawling across the table we took our food to go

Everything was made exactly as asked and service was both friendly and fast! Will definitely be returning!

Parking: Lucky if you find a parking meter to park at nearby.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only the doors are wheel chair friendly.

Have not been to this Penn Station in a long time...mainly b/c I always forget that there is one downtown. Placed an order online and it was ready for me about a minute after I walked in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful here. Food tasted great. Will be back soon!!!!!!
