I went in the other day, and they were out of fries and lettuce. That wasn’t the main thing that pissed me off though. I’m asking this guy, “do you have any sides available besides fries?” He looks at me like I have three heads, as if that is the dumbest question I could’ve asked. Anyway, I leave without buying anything, and the rude ass counter boy killed my vibe. I don’t think I want to come back here to tell you the truth.

This location has been here for over 10years and has still maintained its authenticity and fresh subs and fries faithfully. I always get a Philly cheese sub grilled onions provolone and mayo!! The seasoning is the secret to a delicious meal!

Casual dining. Good food. Nice staff. Close to the theater for a quick dinner before the show

The last two times I went there I ask for fries with no salt. I asked both guys is there any salt on them and both times they told me no after I watched them put salt on the fries. Today (March 20th 7:00 PM) (Downtown 7th and main) the guy says there is no salt on them. When I tasted one and told him there was salt on them he said no there isn't they were in the same container, I said I watched you put salt on the fries and give them to the guy ahead of me, he apologized when I caught him in the lie. Since he removed the top layer I figured maybe there is just a few salt particles since these were on the bottom. I got back to my vehicle and couldn't even enjoy them it tasted like there was extra salt on them. Even if I hadn't asked for no salt they were still too salty for the average person. I brought them back. He argued with me like he was in the right. What he should have did was apologize and make them over when I first brought it to his attention. Why argue about something that is your fault when you could have easily made them over. Plus he lied to my face. His co-worker stepped in and remade them for me. Hire people that care about customer service, not necessarily above and beyond, just normal good service. Now my new order of fries are cold and soggy and not edible because of writing this. 😂 Can't win for losing.😥

It's pretty good. I don't know if they are my favorite but I still enjoy going there. I especially like their french fries.

Ordered online, the food was good. They won't cook your fries until you get there so that they are fresh. Didn't have to wait long at all.

The Main Street store in downtown Cincinnati ROCKS !! My subs are always full of meat - seems like extra but I don't order extra. As per my pics below, there's even meat in my last few bites!! This is my favorite location for sure !! Parking is tough but I pull around the corner onto 7th & park - occasionally with flashers on, if no legit spot. Recommend to call in your order because of Parking dilemma. Enjoy ❣️

Review:

I recently visited Penn Station, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The food I received was awful—completely unacceptable. The fries were old and even appeared to be molded, the steak tasted old and unseasoned, and the sandwich was noticeably smaller than it typically is. It was clear the order was rushed and lacked the quality I’ve come to expect from Penn Station.

To make matters worse, I did not receive the complimentary sandwich offered as part of the Bengals rewards program after their win. This entire experience was unacceptable, and I’m extremely dissatisfied.

I would like either a refund or a freshly made order that is prepared correctly. This visit did not meet even the basic standards of quality, and I hope management will take action to prevent similar issues in the future.

Made my order wrong. I called and he said I had to bring the sandwich back. Got there and just asked for a refund. Manager don’t even apologize.

Ordered online for a special which could only be purchased online. When I showed up to get the order the employees said that they have a known glitch where orders aren't printed at the store for 2 hours later. We were then told to wait in the store for the next hour and a half. When we pointed out that this was a stupid choice the only other one we were given was to go home and trust that when the order prints they will void it rather than actually making the sandwhich for us we already paid for. A complete lack of logical decision making abilities is evident here. Worse yet, it turns out this is system wide so all of the locations are telling people they cannot make a sandwhich for a completed order until the ticket prints hours later even with proof of purchase.
