Have not been to this Penn Station in a long time...mainly b/c I always forget that there is one downtown. Placed an order online and it was ready for me about a minute after I walked in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful here. Food tasted great. Will be back soon!!!!!!

first time at this place,coworker saud was good,I ordered a regular steak ,i was told ut was a small and there was no meat on it for $10....I wont be back.

The service was horrible. Each employee looks pissed off working here. They were handing out wrong orders and extremely behind on getting orders out. The cashier was putting every order as dine in and that was causing a problem. There was food and wrappers on the floor as well as every trash was full. I asked for 1/3 lemonade in my cup and the cashier said 'You have to pay for that!' Instead of ringing he difference, you walked off and started taking orders on the other end of the counter. The bathroom was disgusting. Feces all over toilet and hair in sink and on soap dispenser. I love Penn Station but this location is horrible. Please help them Corporate!
