Went there on Friday to pick up a order that I called in ordered a regular steak and cheese with onion and light banana pepper when I got to the restaurant and paid for the food my order was wrong they had given me a wrong sandwich Friday I called him right back to explain that I got the wrong sandwich and they said that they would make it on Monday and give me a credit went to the store to redeem the credit on Monday and still didn't get the right sandwich there was no onion...

Great place for authentic options for Philly Cheesesteak, although you do have to customize it for it to be authentic, but at least you can. Many other options for other sandwiches, hot and cold, wraps and salads. Wait times are typical and order to eat time is also typical for a properly cooked hot sandwich. Although they no longer have an app, you can still order online and pickup if you need to.

Got there a bit closer to close expecting subpar service because nobody wants to work close to close. Was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and great attitude of the staff there. The experience always makes the food taste better for me. So thanks to Derrick and his crew for taking care of us.
