First off. I love Penn Station. Probably my favorite sandwich in the city. But this particular store is my favorite. Whether I dine in or come thru for pickup. The employees are always vibing, in good spirits. That is infectious and we need more of it these days. I know its hard work back there and they still stay positive. Look Cincinnati already doesn't have many good restaurants. its mostly repeating restaurants chains KFC taco bell McDonald's Burger King. But im tell you this penn station is one of Cincinnati best restaurant especially this location. Ignore the silly reviews I've seen many restaurants come and go in that area in Clifton. Penn station still there says enough

The young man that took my order wasn't very friendly or helpful.
The cashier was friendly and the young man who prepared the order was nice.
I feel the BLT was skimpy.
A lot of bread not enough bacon and tomato.
But it taste good.
