Look Cincinnati already doesn't have many good restaurants. its mostly repeating restaurants chains KFC taco bell McDonald's Burger King. But im tell you this penn station is one of Cincinnati best restaurant especially this location. Ignore the silly reviews I've seen many restaurants come and go in that area in Clifton. Penn station still there says enough

The young man that took my order wasn't very friendly or helpful.
The cashier was friendly and the young man who prepared the order was nice.
I feel the BLT was skimpy.
A lot of bread not enough bacon and tomato.
But it taste good.

Loved my lunch at Penn station. I was given a free cookie! Also I didn’t realize lemonade was extra and they let me fill it anyway which was very generous. The Italian was quite good and comes with mayo unlike many other sandwich places. Cookie was delish and they toast the bread fresh so that is delish as well. I will be coming back.
