Won’t be going back. This used to be one of my favorite spots, but I’m tired of the attitudes—especially on second shift. The Mexican man who works up front always has an attitude. Today they took my reward and still charged me full price. He was very rude, all while training a new employee.
Instead of addressing me directly (when I was standing right there), he talked about me to Kimberly, telling her what I “should” do about my situation. Kimberly looked at me and said, “Did you hear him?” I actually chuckled because he couldn’t even speak to the customer he was referring to.
This isn’t my first encounter with him being nasty. I’m honestly done with this location. Hopefully management starts removing the rude staff instead of keeping people who clearly don’t want to be there.

Got my order wrong, food was AMAZING though. But for the price I'm spending the right order would be nice. Also store wasn't that clean, dirty tables and napkins on floor. But again, FOOD WAS AMAZING. Parking difficult as well.

Food was meh, dont know how this very average chain got such high reviews. One star to help the average sink down to reality.
This has always been my go to comfort food place. I was having a bad day so I stopped by to get my favorite bite and Leanna (i hope i spelled correctly) went above and beyond to cheer me up. This location is my favorite one in the entire city. The staff is friendly all the time. Food is fresh Everytime I come in. Everyone at this location is to tier.
