Pizza Hut in Cincinnati

“I have ordered pizza from here to go or for pickup numerous times. I have never had a problem with the food yet. The pizza always looks good! I've gotten pizza at other huts in the area and they're greasy/gross...like cheap pizza. That is not the case here. We have ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesesticks, the pasta boxes, family boxes, wings etc. Its always been good. Typically we order online and pick up. During covid at wintertime it was a bit of a pain. Had to wait outside when there were a lot of customers cuz the inside is so small but typically things are ready when they say they are and you are in/out. I've also done curbside and it went great too. Covid restrictions have lifted now so I haven't had to wait outside since. Staff is always friendly too!Update: this is still a great location! The staff is always super friendly and amazing. Its so hard to find good staff with true customer service capabilities but this location definitely displays it!! My only wish is that pizza hut had some options for people that eat low car and very low sugar. It's ok though. We get it. Pizza is pizza. My kids still eat here and love it.“

“I just came from getting a pizza at pizza Hut on Colerain Ave. I placed the to-go order and went to my car to wait. The manager brought my order to me when it was done. I had a timer set on my phone, but he took the extra step and brought it out to me. I think that was awesome!!!!“

“Clean location, the manager- Sara was extremely professional and nice when there was a small delay in the order, which is expected on a Saturday! The other employees were very friendly too! The food was hot and ready when I picked up- this location has really turned around over the last year.“

“011725 - I picked up for carry out. Lady at counter was very nice. Food was good. Parking lot was a sheet of ice and there was water dripping thru the ceiling numerous places. As I was standing at the counter paying on the credit card machine water was dripping on me. Hard to get out of if your trying to turn left & go West.“

“The manger ( jenn) is very Respectful every at Pizza Hut is very respectful and train properly and I didn’t wait long for my food. Was made correctly an on a timely manner she made sure. Everyone was workin not standing around I highly recommend this location. To anyone. She deserves. A rise. She is a great manager
