Pizza Hut in Springfield

“I’m giving this 5 stars because I’m not a Karen and I genuinely never do have bad experiences with this location, however, today my pizza just had no cheese on it? That’s kinda crazy lol. Was still good, just a bit soupy and hard to eat.“

“This is a tiny location, not really meant for dine-in as it only has a couple of awkwardly placed tables. But for carry-out it was great. The lady taking my order was pretty friendly, which I did not expect with the general vibe. When I went back in to get it, the guy again was friendly. Pizza was cooked perfectly, and was good. I'd recommend based on just this one experience.“

“As a Doordash driver, some stores ignore me, some stores treat me decently, and then there are stores like this, where I am consistently shocked at how kindly I'm treated. They have been wonderful to work with and I really appreciate it, because while making a bit of money is nice, I do it more to get out of the house and be useful, so respectful stores that operate efficiently like this are an absolute joy to be in. I stay busy enough that waiting for an order is the only downtime I get during a shift and having a store that acknowledges my existence and where the order is at is all I need to make for a pleasant experience but they also are fast and polite too. Absolutely great experience as a driver and I appreciate all of the staff I've interacted with.“
