“I have ordered pizza from here to go or for pickup numerous times. I have never had a problem with the food yet. The pizza always looks good! I've gotten pizza at other huts in the area and they're greasy/gross...like cheap pizza. That is not the case here. We have ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesesticks, the pasta boxes, family boxes, wings etc. Its always been good. Typically we order online and pick up. During covid at wintertime it was a bit of a pain. Had to wait outside when there were a lot of customers cuz the inside is so small but typically things are ready when they say they are and you are in/out. I've also done curbside and it went great too. Covid restrictions have lifted now so I haven't had to wait outside since. Staff is always friendly too!Update: this is still a great location! The staff is always super friendly and amazing. Its so hard to find good staff with true customer service capabilities but this location definitely displays it!! My only wish is that pizza hut had some options for people that eat low car and very low sugar. It's ok though. We get it. Pizza is pizza. My kids still eat here and love it.“
“I have to say the staff is the friendliest and the most helpful, I have eaten here several times and yes the first couple of times rough because people were new and getting trained but now after two months of being open they rock...i say great job and keep trucking“
“Pizza Hut deserves some love after making an otherwise disappointing night surprisingly pleasant. Ordering late night food is usually not my go to move.. talk about rolling the dice. But after a night of listening to my boyfriend lose business deals and yell on the phone I was left desperate, and all dressed up with no where to go... except Pizza Hut. Little did I know, It was beckoning me. The universe had decided.. I earned myself hot, juicy fresh wings, buttery crisp garlicky bread sticks and thick hot steamy pizza. What a night. Thank you Pizza Hut.“
“Fast fast fast, I ordered, and it was made and on its way in 12 minutes. I got it in 8 minutes the food was so fresh and hot I had to let it cool a bit to take a bite. the delivery guy was super friendly and very kind he took the extra step to call because we didn't hear the door.“
“food was good, delivery was on time, but they did not deliver it to our address. we had to walk our street to figure out what porch the photo looked like to find our food. we did find it but it was not our address and our house is clearly marked in to different spots.“

“I ordered their special pizza box which contains 3 medium pizzas. I also ordered what I thought was a 2liter soda but turns out I ordered a 20oz soda. The delivery driver delivered the order in a timely fashion but when I saw the 20oz soda I thought this had to have been a mistake on the company's part. But it was not. The delivery driver returned the soda back to the restaurant.I believe the manager reached out (Ruby, I think) and reviewed the order I placed with me. Although I was in the wrong I was not charged for the 2liter of soda nor for the delivery driver coming back to drop off what I thought I ordered originally. It may seem small but it was very much appreciated. Thank you and your staff for all of the hard unnoticed work that you put in day in and day out. Also the pizza was delicious ?“
“I updated my review for overall and for service because they did call and apologize. They gave me a credit and they were quick to fix.Ordered delivery. Order was missing the cinnamon rolls and 2 liter. They subbed a cookie for the cinnamon rolls but we don't like those so it went to waste. No one contacted about changes or refunds before it was delivered either. The food sat for about 15 mins when it got to my house so I could feed my son. Called the store then when I noticed and they had just closed a few minutes prior. Called again today at 1230 PM and they're closed still. Paid $52 for one pizza, 8 wings and a small fry....?♀️“
“It has been a while since we ordered Pizza Hut Delivery. The food was delivered earlier than expected, it was hot, tasty and delicious. Some of the best pizza we have had in quite a while.Yes it was delivered by Door Dash but I don't really care who delivers it. As long as it was on time and the order was correct, which is was. We will definitely be ordering it again.“
“I just came from getting a pizza at pizza Hut on Colerain Ave. I placed the to-go order and went to my car to wait. The manager brought my order to me when it was done. I had a timer set on my phone, but he took the extra step and brought it out to me. I think that was awesome!!!!“
