Carry out special. Three topping with extra sauce. Thin crust pretty good. Food was ready and waiting. The person working the register seemed annoyed.

Rude staff. Rude female manager. Hire new staff members immediately. They are affecting the quality of service. Not happy at all.
Store was hard to find thet was missing there sign out front. The pizza was not made the right way. I ordered a pan pizza and tgat wasn't what I got.

011725 - I picked up for carry out. Lady at counter was very nice. Food was good. Parking lot was a sheet of ice and there was water dripping thru the ceiling numerous places. As I was standing at the counter paying on the credit card machine water was dripping on me. Hard to get out of if your trying to turn left & go West.

Don’t order delivery. They don’t have any delivery drivers and are third partying it through DoorDash and food was never delivered. Pizza hut has no way to know who picked it up or where it went.

We received a very poor order from Pizza Hut and have called and written emails regarding this with no response.

It's been a long time now since this Pizza Hut has had any delivery drivers. They use Doordash and possibly other companies to deliver. It is not like it used to be when the delivery man would ring my doorbell and I would happily accept my pizza from him. With the current system two times my food has been left on the ground in front of the door of the building less than three feet behind me. One of those times there were ants crawling in it. Today I recieved a phone call, the guy said I'm outside at your door. I opened the door and no one was there. He was at the back door of the building behind me. Both buildings have the same address number but my front door is the only place with a wooden porch; I left that in the instructions.

What happened to customer service? First off apparently their pizza cutters need to be sharpened because every piece was still stuck to it's neighbor. The breadsticks were burnt on the top and doughy in the middle and uncut. When I asked the lady at the cash register if she could recut my breadsticks and pizza. She said they were not allowed to take food back in the kitchen. Bull-butter. I worked for pizza hut back in my earlier days. And if we sent out pizza and breadsticks like that. We would have been FIRED. When I got home the pizza was not done. This is caused by pulling the pie out early and not letting it run the entire chain. MAYBE THIS STORE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT ON THE NIGHT SHIFT. The folks on the first shift seems to take their jobs more seriously. Plus from all the bad reviews on this page from the Winton store. The management apparently don't read any of them. Sad.

The food was good, but dude only took half of my order, I guess he didn't hear me ask for a Six piece wing Spicy garlic with a ranch cup, he only gave me my melt and fry, I was wondering why it was so cheap, like come on, I was ordering my food for work, I know he heard me, pissed me off

I placed a dinner order for my children earlier this evening. When I went to pick up the pizza the cashier was rude and did not open the pizza up so that I could check it.
Once I got home, my sons each took a slice. My oldest informed me that it tasted funny. So I took a bite and realized it was doughy.
When I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, (whose name is Devin), to explain the situation, he was even more rude that the cashier. In spite of having paid $17.24 for my order he initially only offered me a $10 credit. When I questioned the difference he then said he would offer my $15. I asked why and he said it was because my sons had bitten into the pizza. I then asked if I drove all the way back to the store if I could return the pizza and simply be refunded my money and he said no, take the $15 or leave it. After I said okay, he said I had 30 days to use it then he hung up.
I guess this how Pizza Hut handles customer service issues now. SMH
