Terrible experience. Driver delivered the incorrect order, when I called the store to inform them of the mistake, the manager Amanda was very rude and unhelpful. We were not able to have our order remade or refunded. 0/10 experience.

I have to say this has been the worst experience at a pizza Hut. . The employees look at you like robots they don’t say anything they don’t welcome you. They don’t say hi or can I help you. We put in an order at 10 AM to have a pick up order at five and I got there to pick it up no order and was told by the manager Sarah Who could’ve cared less about what I was saying, said they made the order at 10 AM and canceled it because we weren’t there to pick it up and clearly on our receipt It says pick up time at 5pm. This was for 6 to 8 people. We were not offered to remake the food or do anything to make this experience Better. Her only reply was I was not here at 10 AM so I don’t know what happened. This store needs a whole new set of employees. I don’t even wanna give it one star but wee have to just to leave a review. Pizza Hut this is why my family will not return! and take more pride in who you hire especially for management!

I would give this location zero stars! The “manager “ Amanda has zero customer service skills they sent me burnt pizza and when I called she got mad and smart and told me to bring it back and not to come there anymore because it is a franchise. She’s so busy getting smart but can’t count!
