Ordered not knowing that they outsourced deliver to door dash which we refuse to use, that would be known before ordering. The pizza was clearly made with all frozen ingredients and after we both got stomach aches we threw the other half away. Possibly one of our worst experiences, Pizza Hut should be ashamed, they used to be decent.

They told me it would be a 30min wait AFTER I paid. I had to just leave the food and go to work hungry.

food was good, delivery was on time, but they did not deliver it to our address. we had to walk our street to figure out what porch the photo looked like to find our food. we did find it but it was not our address and our house is clearly marked in to different spots.
I placed an online order that said it would be delivered at 5:28. So when the clock hit 5:43 I called asking where my order was. The rude dude who answered the phone said "If you haven't noticed it's raining outside so it's going to be another 50 mins!" I told them to cancel that order then. 50 mins makes no sense when they're located 8 to 10 mins away from me, all because no one wanted to get wet! Do not order from this store! They obviously don't care about customer service and hire just about anybody.

I used to make and sell Big New Yorkers as a teen working at Pizza Hut in DC. (2002?) So I had to try it again and see if they fudged it up at headquarters, trying to reinvent the wheel. I'm happy to report it was hot and great. ?

Ordered the fake steak large pizza at Galbraith Rd- College Hill. WORSE PIZZA MY FAMILY AND I EVER HAD! Pizza Hut you guys suuuck, literally!! I knew I should have went to Domino's. Fake steak is flavorless, and dry. First time in many moons since I ordered from Pizza Hut and now I remember why now. Pizza Hut you guys suuuuck.. literally!
