Very slow. Understaffed. Food was average.

Usually, the food at this location is good. However tonight they sucked. Chicken sandwich had no pickles. They didn't have slaw. The mac and cheese was watery and undercooked. The apple pie was dry and over baked. Called to complain. The woman who answered didn't care. Just said their truck didn't bring stuff. I won't be back.

The cashier was a total douche, didn't listen, messed up one of my orders and seemed to be on drugs. He didn't speak clearly. I hope he faces disciplinary actions. Either way. I shan't return!!!

Hadn't been to this location in years. Everyone working hard and attentive. Chicken breast and a bisquit only $2.59! What a deal. Bought 2 breast but so big I could only eat one. Good news, I have one for later. I also got the spicy and it was extra spicy. So yummy! Thanks to everyone!

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I bought my boyfriend a spicy chicken sandwich at night and my boyfriend woke up with food poisoning. When I called the GM (Mary) to warn her that her night shift may not be following food safety protocols, I was met with attitude and standoffishness. Shut the entire restaurant down with her inside of it 🙂.

It took 35 minutes and they informed me they charge extra for sauces. Another Popeyes in my area NEVER charges for sauces.

5 out of 5 times in the last month this location has been out of Mac n Cheese. This has ranged from 12pm as late as 5pm. Accountability starts at the Top.. don’t wanna hear Sorry wanna hear Yes we have Mac n Cheese that our menu says is an option.

I wish I can get this place zero stars. They are unprofessional. I tried to call the night of my order. The phone was disconnected because they was messing up a lot of people orders then I called the next day to report my unsatisfactory and I just wanted my money back order order redone. They wanted me to keep the chicken that was Clearly, unedible. I’m like how am I supposed to know the policy for keeping chicken? Especially when I call the night of my order and it’s messed up. Plus, why would you want me to bring chicken back to the store? The lady was rude and I have proof of purchase. Any other fast food place will only need the receipt.

Cant beat a no.1 with the tangy sauce. Sandwich is always hot and crispy. Im in and out of the drivethru within a 2-5min period, sometimes less.

Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Pulled up to the drive thru to order and was told had to come inside to order. At least that’s what I thought she said. It was hard to tell, she was mumbling. I had to ask her to repeat what she said. We went inside and the person behind us in the drive thru pulls up and gets food. Two employees in the restaurant didn’t acknowledge us. Then, an employee who was outside smoking at the front door came in, and walked by us and said nothing. After 5 minutes of being ignored, we left. Popeye’s has great chicken, but this store is awful. The store was dirty and the service terrible. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience here but it will be the last.
