Decided to give this location another try. We waited in the drive thru to order for 7 minutes, yes we timed it. We ordered 2 surf and turfs and only got chicken in one. We order ghost pepper wings that we did not get. We ordered 12 honey BBQ wing combo and did not get the fries. I tried to call the store to let them know, no one answered the phone. The phone kept ringing. The store was dirty when looking in from the drive thru window. I was not driving back to wait another 20 minutes being the only one in line for a correct order. We will not be back.

Do not go here!! This place is an actual public health hazard, it needs to be shut down. Single handedly the dirtiest, nastiest place I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit. Food was disgusting/inedible, employees are extremely bad. You’ve been warned!!

I try to go there at least twice a week and every single time they are closed. If I get lucky and they are open, the employees are extremely rude and very slow. I hope they close this location. Corporate does no good, they just tell you to contact the franchise owner, the franchise owner doesn’t do anything.

This place is beyond awful. The employees won't move. They act like it's painful to work. Ordered 2 sandwiches and fries. Someone in the back makes the sandwiches and tosses them on the counter. Never says to anyone here is your sandwiches. They took other orders and we're filling them as I watched my sandwiches just sit. I speak up and asked about my order. Took forever just to put them on a tray and get fries. The fries were past awful. I asked for fresh fries. Sat down to eat the sandwich, it was old and the bun was refrigerator cold. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Don't bother eating here.

Trust the reviews. This is crazy the food was nowhere near fresh.
Everything all around was terrible, the staff was rude to my husband, they couldn't hear his order and missed half of the stuff he ordered. The sandwich I got had about a half piece of chicken on it and was smothered in mayonnaise.

Food was good service was good atmosphere was good as well. So why 4 stars? Well, when hubby and I got home to shows me this picture, he took of the urinal from Popeyes men's bathroom. I gaged several times , I can only imagine. He said he flushed it a couple of times, and it didn't change. Now I understand that there aren't really enough people who want to work. But THERE ISN'T ANY REASON FOR THIS!!! I mean, if other fast food restaurants can keep everything clean, especially those restrooms, so should Popeyes NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. Disappointed
