Worst customer service ever! We waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes without a response. I drove up to the window and the manager stated she didn’t answer the drive thru because they were in the middle of a shift change and their computers were rebooting and wasn’t sure how long it would be. I explained that I didn’t hear anything and that’s when she realized nobody had a head set on. Not even her.

ridiculous, sat in the drive they for 10 minutes, finally had my order taken, waited for them to tell me to pull you three window which was more added time, finally got to the window only for a female to tell me they don't have any of what I ordered as if they didn't know that already, sad thing is this same exact thing happened months ago at this location.
