Potbelly generally has the best subs, and this location is above average. The line was short at 1:00 on a recent Sunday afternoon, and we had our food within about five minutes of entering the restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. All three subs we ordered were made exactly as requested. The rolls and veggies were fresh and tasty. Also, the chicken salad sub was filled generously, which is not always the case, on visits to some locations. Overall, a solid choice.

So freaking good. My favorite sub place. I love that they donāt skimp on the toppings and condiments. Iāll get a lot of hate for this but I love a soggy sandwich . If you donāt want a soggy sandwich donāt ask for too many condiments

So we went to potbelly and I ordered a milkshake to go and the lady didn't make it right so my boyfriend went back up there and told her and she throw it away and started slamming things and then started talking like who mixs flavors like that anyways only weirdos do

Stopped in for the first time in probably 15 years- thought Iād give it a shot . After looking at the very-difficult-to-navigate allergen menu online , I asked a question to double check the sandwich didnāt contain my allergen . It did ! The online allergen menu is NOT reliable - be very cautious if you have a severe allergy like mine. Asked if someone could help me locate a sandwich without my allergen - was ignored ! Asked if the bread had my allergen - was ignored at first, then one employee checked and told me (without making eye contact and barely audible ) the āmulti grain has eggā (didnāt bother to check the other options or make a recommendation ). Other employer recommended I eat a salad ā¦no thank you , came to a sandwich restaurant for a sandwich . Super disappointed to see the lack of customer service and concern for allergens is still a thing in 2024- so many people need to know what is in their food!

Stopped in here for a drink and chips. There was 1 couple eating outside and 1 single person inside ordering a sandwich. There were 3 employees behind the counter. One of them asked me what I wanted to order, I said just a drink and chips. They would not check me out until the one employee finished making the sandwich and checking her out. The other employees were standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Wow! That's the worst service I have ever seen. I understand why there are no customers here. And this is at 5:30 pm.
