Ordered door dash. Gave simple instructions for my sandwich, none of which was done. Simple. Only asked for mayo, lettuce and onion. Sandwich came dry with nothing. Refused refund or credit. Won't be ordering again. 8 bucks a sandwich. Come on.

Showed up at 1:15 am on a saturday night. Hours online and hours listed on door said they were open. Worker didnt let us in and said closed.

Don't let the look of the line deter you! These guys move fast, the food is hot and fresh, and the sauce is UNBEATABLE! Atmosphere can get a little chaotic depending on day/time given it's just adjacent to the UC campus, but the crew is friendly and the crowd is well controlled. Hands down one of the BEST tenders spots in town; both for their size and the sauce!
Vegetarian options: Not really vegetarian-friendly aside from the toast; which is WORTH IT. The fries are fries.
