They focus more on drive-thru orders than walk-in but that's common these days. The fries were hot & fresh but there was not a lot of bacon on my Baconzilla...it's literally IN the name!

They were friendly but I didn't like that they had me pull off to the side to wait for my order when there wasn't a line or anyone behind me at the time. I get it when fast food restaurants ask me to do this when they are busy and there is a long line of people behind me but this place was not busy at all at the time and no one was in line before me or after me. I don't know why it bothers me to be asked to do this when it's not necessary, but it does bother...

Not all Rally’s locations are equally yolked. I’ve gotten anywhere from absolute ‘how do you still have a job’ service to, meh, I’ve had worse. This evening however, we were helped by Ms. Tiara (hope I spelled her name correctly). I have a gluten allergy so I requested no bread. She immediately communicated to the cook the custom order without hesitation. We even took a second and had to ask her for a moment as we were not prepared. Tiara was kind throughout and patient....
