When we sat down, our server came to us within three minutes. AJ was very prompt in taking our order. I ordered a riesling wine and my daughter-in-law ordered a margarita. 25 minutes later we still have not received our drinks. AJ asked us if it was all right if he brought the food after we had our drink order we said yes After 26 minutes I got up and went to the bar at that time the bartender was just looking through receipts and such adding them up not concerned about our drinks...

I actually made a mistake and booked the reservation at the wrong Red Lobster. We did not go to the Springdale location- but instead went to the Cincinnati Mills location. I didn't know how to change the location- so if you can - they deserve this review. The food- service- the manager- and the overall evening was great. We had a nice dinner and will definitely go back.

I went in on a Wednesday night to order a dozen biscuits to go. The young lady who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was hot and tasted great.
Kudos to her and all the staff.
