072425. I've never been to this location, it's a big place. To be honest, sea food isn't my thing. Had about a 30 minute wait despite empty tables everywhere. Short on staff maybe? I got a steak, baked potato & broccoli. It wasn't bad. I would have preferred Longhorn or Outback or a few other local restaurants. Kitchen was very slow. Got there at 6, didn't leave till 8:30. Server did a good job. Went with a group. For the price & time spent versus what you got to eat i don't think we will be going back.

The food has gone downhill. We could have gotten a better steak at McDonald's. The salad was brown, and the potato wasn't done all the way. The best part of the meal was the biscuits. We won't be returning.
The server was great. The only good thing about the visit.

If I could give a rating of zero, I would. We (7 adults) went to this Red Lobster in Fairfield, Ohio last night to celebrate my brother’s 75th birthday. We had reservations and arrived before the scheduled time. The restaurant was not full or didn’t appear to be busy. There were multiple empty tables. The hostess said she would get our table ready. After 8 minutes the Manager came to the hostess stand to facilitate seatings and still has to wait to be seated. The bus boy seated us, not the hostess or manager. We then waited another 15 minutes and no one greeted us, brought us water, or asked if we wanted drinks. We asked the manager to get our waitress and she told us she would be right there. Eight minutes later still no service and we left. As we were leaving I told the hostess the just lost a several hundred dollars. We will never go back to this location.
