So glad to have Redden meats here! When Madeira Meats closed, I started going to another, much larger butcher shop, but they never quite got my order right. Plus Redden has such a wide variety of offerings for being a smaller shop. They have high-end items, hard-to-find items and basics, like potatoes to round out your meal. We stopped in today to pick up a unique cut of Wagyu, but after getting home, we noticed the meat might not have been exactly right. I gave the shop a quick call, and without hesitation, they invited us to come back in so they could take a look. Even on a busy Sunday afternoon, they went above and beyond to help us find the perfect replacement cut for our party. What a great addition to the community. Exceptional raw beef and poultry, as well as some provisions and prepared sandwiches and salads. Had a lovely lunch with my daughter on the patio and the Dr. BROWN SODA was a real treat. The farro salad was insanely delicious, and I can not wait to go back and get a pint to take home.
