This place can't get an order right to save their life. Egg ham and cheese means egg ham and cheese, not egg cheese. Horse radish means horse radish, fries have been forgotten in orders. The quality of the food is good, they just can't seem to assemble a sandwich by order.
Owner is very rude and nasty. Every time me and my co workers visit he is so disrespectful. His name is Craig. Have heard many complaints about him and it’s even mentioned in other reviews with pictures OF HIM how rude and he is. I am very disgusted with this place for having such a terrible owner who I think is prejudice. I do feel for Jose and the other workers who are so sweet and have to deal with a manager like that! and honestly I think he’s a racist. We will never and I mean NEVER spend our money in here again!!

Food is good but it seems to be closed a lot when hours say they should be open ?? Today is Wednesday at 3:30. A few weeks ago I tried on a Thursday around 4 and they were closed too

It's the worst place I've ever been to. Beginning with a white guy, I guess he is the manager. He is the worst manager in downtown. So I asked a spanish guy, he's the cook, he's trash. Then I called, another white dude, tall and thin with glasses, asked humor his name, and he said his name is Jason, the Spanish guy new I was asking names to report them, he told me his name was Jason, so when I reported him, I'd say Jason provided me a bad service, but Jason told me, the Spanish guy's name was Alex. For people like Alex is that I'm embarrassed of being a Latino.
