So I didn't have high expectations here, but they over exceeded my expectations! Thank you!GOT scrambled eggs ? with cheese ? and a bagel with the best cream cheese i have ever had (James Farms) and fruit! Better than any restaurant around here!

The sandwich I had was quite alright, but not fantastic. I'd come back again, but make sure you've got your order ready before you approach the counter because the staff expect a succint reply when they ask what you're having. The guy taking our order was helpful, but the other person taking the payment was more rushed than truly necessary given that there was no one behind me in line.

Ordered this $10 omelet with the works and hash browns. Omelet taste like a bucket of salt was poured in it and the Hash brown are undercooked. :/ I always try to give this place a chance but every time I am let down. I called and the manager said there is nothing we can do about that. Thumbs down.

The Bob - A - Cue tastes like a pasta dish. The herbs come through enough. I will certainly be back, though, to try the other extremely beautiful-looking foods. The Oatmeal Raisin cookies are superbly wonderful. Five stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm so upset. Every time I go in I feel so unwelcomed. Never a good morning thank you or anything. I enjoy the chicken salad so I have touched it out over the years. I recently started eating breakfast here ,and every time the sandwich is less and less appealing. Today just really cemented that I'm not a welcomed patron. For 8 bucks I got these chopped bits of bacon, a half slice of cheese between both sandwiches . I'm super disgusted.

Great deli where the food is quite good and the staff is professional and usually very busy. Never had a bad sandwich or salad. Dinged the service in my review because of the heavy use of styrofoam and usually the lack of forks/silverware out.

I'm an east-coast transplant who struggled to find a good deli downtown, but Silverglades scratches that itch for me. My go-to order is the Little Italy with a side rotation of either their Greek feta pasta salad or chicken tortellini, but everything I have had there has been good. It is really refreshing to be to be able to get a high-quality Italian sandwich on good bread in Cincinnati, especially one that does NOT skimp on the meat! It's not a classic New England style sub/grinder but it tastes wonderful nonetheless. Most bread in Cincinnati sucks, but the bread they use for the Little Italy is legit.Besides the sandwiches and sides, it's great to know that I can grab an assortment of crackers/drinks/snacks/desserts/etc walking distance from my apartment and office at work. If Silverglades left downtown I would honestly be very disappointed and feel that Cincy lost a bit of character, so I make a point of frequenting them weekly. The next time you are in the mood for a sandwich, support an independently owned business and try Silverglades - you won't be disappointed!

The dudes behind the counter are "rude", which I love personally, because they're seasoned and probably don't get paid enough. When you take your craft seriously, however modest it may be, idiots will still get pissed if you don't cater to their every desire. These guys don't care to sate said idiots. Get your sandwich (made with love) and get out! Best bacon egg and cheese in Cincinnati, has cured me of insurmountable hangovers and will continue to do so. There's a wall decal that says "a meal without cheese is like a hug without a squeeze" and whoever's mom first uttered those words ought to be a threat to international security for her esoteric knowledge. Also it smells like good soup, hot bread and marital regret every time I walk in.

This is the most peaceful place early in the morning. The works are so sweet and they gave the best biscuits and gravy and bacon

Came to get a sub left with what I call a sandwich it was okay but it was definitely not a sub, they had lots of other options. There's a lot of people there but if you're coming here to get a traditional deli sub go someplace else.
