Sandy Coorey manager of Eastgate skyline is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever come across. She gave us attitude from the beginning for politely asking to have food remade that was incorrect. After the 3 times it was made wrong I was very frustrated by her attitude towards us just for asking to have food made correct!! She threw the food at me through my car passed my boyfriend driving I had to catch the food so it didn’t explode in the car. I then had to go inside and ask for a refund and she refused refund. Also the entire staff was giving dirty looks. This is not how you treat customers!

Young man that took my order apparently didn’t want to be there, we were in from out of town just lost a family member. Placed order asked if they had any merchandise for sale teeshirts hats hot sauce. He said he didn’t know gave me a total I asked if I could get 2 large drinks in Cincinnati bengals cups he said we don’t sell them to go. I said can we sit a counter as we wait for our order I will order drinks for here he said we don’t sell cups to go. Sat at counter order 2 drinks would like them for here while we wait for order please was charged then told we are out of glasses.

We love to go to skyline once a week there only 2 of them I go to around us 125 a real good one but the best one out of them 2 I go to Eastgate ohio the more friendly one but food good at both people different only thing that different come out today get ur eat on

I only gave this location a 2 star because the takeout cashier was well-mannered. I always get a regular 5way wrapped in a LARGE tortilla. I paid $9 and some change for what I would call a chilito. The only people who even looked like they had a decent attitude were my cashier and a prep cook in the back, lol. Stuck up short changers. I can get a 5-way burrito in colerain that's 3x the size of what I received, for the SAME PRICE LMAO. Go to Beechmont if by any means you can.
