Eating in at skyline is a tradition in my family. And most locations are fast with good food. This place is no exception. We do have issues frequently when using the drive-thru at this location though. And non-waiter employees can sometimes seem off-putting.

This place has went to crap. The food is always cold now, the workers don't care. Had one worker lie to my face and tell me they always hand you a clipboard at the drive through for tips when I knew for a fact they use to always have a bucket out. Seriously? I DO NOT want to touch a clipboard and pen handed to a million people before I eat my food at a drive through....just stupid.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but the complete lack of service tonight and awful food prep compels me. My husband and I sat at the bar, so we had a front row seat for the train wreck. After we sat down, multiple employees repeatedly passed by ignoring our presence. We waited well over 5 minutes before we were greeted by our server. The employees do not communicate with each other, at all. Orders were getting mixed up, food was sitting waiting and getting cold. Multiple times the steam table was completely abandoned. I watched an employee named William wipe the counter with a cleaning rag he had just plunged in the solution bucket, only to set the rag down and begin making 3-ways without changing gloves. Thankfully, a different employee on the opposite side of the steam table made my 3-way. Unfortunately, the food was awful. The chicken chili was cold, and the spaghetti was mushy and sticking to itself in clumps. We politely told our waitress and she could only offer to make a new one. With one pot of spaghetti contaminated and the other mushy, I declined. It was clear that no one was in charge, and no one cared. When we cashed out, the gentleman before us complained that his cheese coneys were cold.
I sincerely hope the owner of this Skyline puts a stronger focus on hiring and training better staff. What a shame.

Chilling qith some Chill Chilli... it was good ...I mean great! Would have been better if free but you win some you lose some.. Anyhow. Smelled of secret spices, warm noodles, and garlic in the air.. Definitely a Cincinnati smell!!. 10 out of 10

The service was exceptional. As a first-time visitor to Skyline, I had heard positive remarks about the chili; however, I found its flavor profile, particularly the cinnamon notes, to be unusual. Conversely, the cheesy fries were outstanding.
We have been a regular of this location for quite some time. Service has been starting to go down hill this past year but tonight was the night to cause me to leave a review. Wife stopped to pick up food. Full order was not received so she went back around to get the rest (this has been a recurring issue). They never gave her a receipt and paid in cash so they claimed there was nothing they can do. Wife went ahead and paid again despite the fact that we never got the order. Anyone who reads this, don’t make our mistake, always get a receipt and think twice before you spend any money here.

Last couple times the amount of chili on a coney is basically unacceptable. This time ... Got takeout. My coney maybe had a cereal size spoonful of chili. Less then 5 minute drive home and it was cold. Bun was soggy but not from chili.

This was a fun quick stop for lunch and a local fav in Cincinnati. I love the Greek heritage and the story. Plus if you love coney dogs you can't go wrong! A good chili base for the coney and little/big burritos. If you are on the go and need something yummy that is quick then check it out!

My friend ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, and unfortunately it was pretty rancid. I don't know what was up, but I couldn't finish my coney either. The wrap was appropriately removed from the bill.
