I met this nice worker named Akeela. She was the sweetest girl. It was my first time getting smoothie king and she helped me understand the menu and what some of the add ons or for. Even when I was confused she was patient with me and I really appreciated her. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

They have routinely closed the store before it should be one day they are open past 8:30 another day they are closing before it gets to 8:30. This has happened at least 4 times and i routinely get smoothie king. I would not recommend this location

When I came in, the atmosphere was okay but the staff was awful. No one was at the counter and instead, they were in the back talking about personal matters. I ordered but I wanted to change something and was willing to pay for it, but I didn't even get the chance to because the staff member that was on the phone and had airport in. Please make sure the staff is aware.

I came in and ordered takeout, I asked for 2 32 oz cups and they gave me the standard 20oz and refused to change it. Every time I would talk to the staff they would blatantly ignore me because they were talking behind the counter about their own devices and the woman making the smoothie ignored all of my requests to change it because she was listening to her airpod and wouldn't even attempt to fix it when I brought it to the counter. These people shouldn't be working there as they clearly don't care about customer service or their company viewpoint

i normally have a decent smoothie or bowl from here but today i was told the acai is “too frozen”. its 4pm and the acai still hasnt defrosted? be so fr yall are a smoothie place get it together like

For the love of God, please get a new staff. When I was at the drive-through, I asked some basic nutritional questions about the ingredients and they had no idea at all. Not to mention when I got to the window, I spoke with 3 different people And every single one of them had an attitude and was rude. Please get more friendly staff just Really frustrated me in my day and I hardly wanna go back to this location

Worst customer service I ever had in my life manager was very rude. Two minutes before they closed. I had ordered the açai bowl previously it was freezer burnt and I asked for a refund. She said the register was closed at 8:52.

i ordered online and went in 20 min later to pick it up. when i walked in there’s 5-6 workers in there including 2 team leads and nobody greeted me and they all still continued their conversation while i was standing right in front of them waiting. come to find out nobody had made my bowl (the place was empty too i was the only customer). i waited another 20 minutes for them to make my bowl and they just had no sense of urgency and very unprofessional. my bowl was melted down and watery from them making the base but just letting it sit there. they also dumped the oil from the chocolate hazelnut squeeze bottle onto my bowl

if I could give them a zero star I would it was prepared poorly and I waited 20 minutes just to get my order and they let all the white people get their food. Don't go here especially when the white people they are making it They are racist it's supposed to be prepared correctly like the picture but it ain't sheep. I didn't realize it before it was too late and didn't have time to go back because this has never happened before. It's half empty??? Definitely not worth the $12.

Smoothie was not blended wellHad to reblend it when I got home and that is upsurd being that I paid for a smoothie at smoothie king. Place smelled weird, I can already feel a stomach ache coming on. I wish I could get my 13.00 plus dollars back. Will never return.
