A good Starbucks though it's probably ideal for people who live in that area or work down there during the week it's just a little cold for a Starbucks not as warm or inviting but very friendly service and anything I've gotten there seem to be made correctly. Just a block from Fountain

I would not recommend ordering your coffee from this Starbucks location. The baristas aren't friendly especially their manager Shelby. Shelby went out of her way to tell the barista to make the drink i have ordered for the past decade the "right" way & wanting to upcharge me for the same drink. Mind you, i always ordered the same drink no matter which Starbucks I am at & they always charge me the same price. If Shelby wants to do things the "right" way, how about making the baristas wear hairnets and gloves when handling food because i know for a fact that you are supposed to wear hairnets + gloves when it comes to handling food / drink. There's a better Starbucks that you can order your coffee from. This location is HORRIBLE. If i can give 0 stars, i would. And plus i thought Starbucks customer service had one of the best where their baristas don't argue back but not at this location especially their manager SHELBY! Shelby is definitely one of the rudest barista & manager i have ever met and come across. Since this incident, i never ordered coffee from this place.

I went to this Starbucks when I was visiting Cincinnati and always ordered the same drink then one day, this manager Shelby rang me and wants to upcharge for the same drink i always ordered for the past decade. The employees at the 6th street location are very nice but the coffee is terrible. The majority of the time the coffee is barely warm. I went in this morning and ordered a dark roast and it had almost no temperature. Politely asked if I could exchange for Pike as the dark was nearly cold. Was told they were just starting to brew a new batch of Pike and Sumatra. Waited for a fresh cup and it was the same temperature. And this keeps happening over the past several months. Something must be wrong with their equipment or hot water supply. On other occasions the coffee is just made badly. I've had Pike a thousand times, I stopped in last Sunday and it was as if they doubled the coffee grounds. I'm done with this location. The Starbucks kiosk at Krogers does a better job.

Staff knocked on door and claimed it had been over 10 mins (I gauged closer to 8 mins) and the bathroom "needed to be vacated". Store has two bathrooms and I didn't hear any foot traffic towards the 2nd bathroom. Staffer almost opened door until I screamed not to open the door. Very embarrassing.

The people at this location are different than other locations. I'm impressed because they are always moving. No downtown and if there is a break they are still moving ive noticed. Hard working bunch. The only thing they didn't ask is if I wanted it hot or cold but I should have told them myself. No matter because it was still awesome. Great job!!!!!!
