Can you stop hanging the credit card machine out the window. It's very annoying. I don't want to touch the germ infested credit card machine. Drive through workers shouldn't be asking for tips.

Insanely unorganized employees who cannot communicate with each other, waited over fifteen minutes past due time for a mobile order, employees insisted it had been ready despite it not being bagged and labeled the entire time, insisted no one was there for it despite not even checking and me being there the entire time, and then made rude remarks

The employees clearly don't like when customers come here! Everyone with attitudes and just so you know when you put 1 drink in a big bag they fall over! Find an equines to make the bad stay standing or stop dilivering!
The staff is ALWAYS so friendly here!! Get this: Venti Iced white mocha, ONLY 5 pumps mocha sauce, 7 pumps brown sugar syrup, made with oat milk and a splash of vanilla sweet cream, ask to be stirred. This is SUPER sweet but anyone I have try it, ends up loving it!

Ordered a Latte and PSL at this location. The Latte had a very bad taste, and when tasting the PSL, same problem. Both tasted like very old Folgers Coffee was used to make the drinks. Had to throw out both drinks as undrinkable. The 30 minute wait for our drinks made it even worse.

This is my local Starbucks and I never hesitate to stop in. Employees are kind and professional. My drink is always good and if it’s not they remake it no problem to make sure we leave happy. After visiting a less amazing Starbucks on vacation I’m so grateful to have this one near home.
