I wish I had gotten her name, but the lady behind the counter deserves more than 5 stars. She was super sweet and engaging, had the best customer service I've had in a long time, especially from a Starbucks.

My experience today was horrible the employee turned off the order ahead so no online orders could be made then when we got there she did not take my order because she was on her way to take a break. This was very unprofessional to take a break at 12 when alot of people break at noon im sure business is busy for them at that time i just feel she didnt put her customers first. Maybe in the future she should break during a non busy time instead of inconveniencing her customers very disappointed and this is very unproffesional

Horrible service and the boy working tonight was completely rude and needs to be fired. Starbucks should be ashamed.
I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, and that was not what I was given. The barista simply dumped some pumpkin sauce on the bottom, poured the cold brew on top, and sprinkled some cinnamon on it. There was no cream. I didn’t have time to ask for it to be remade, but I don’t plan to go back to this location.
