Don’t order vanilla foam cold brew from here. They’ll just hand you a cold brew with milk poured into it, which defeats the purpose of having a cold brew. This happened on the morning of May 31st.

This is the whole reason why I never like to get coffee from anywhere anymore and why I make it at home. Was running late this morning and decided to just stop for coffee. I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato, what i got was something that ended up tasting like caramel milk. I just waisted $5.95 for caramel milk.

I used to work at a Kroger starbucks, so I know the employees aren't trained well. I ordered a drink and it was made wrong the first time, so I sent it back to be remade and he made it wrong the second time and gave me attitude when I challenged him on if he added the flavor or not. I didn't want to have an anxiety attack from confronting someone about a stupid drink, so I left with my flavorless beverage made with spite. I live in this town and drive over 20 minutes out of my way to go to a real Starbucks because I know my drinks will be made correctly there and the employees won't have attitudes with me.

Kid-friendliness: The service was terrible today, the girl didn't want to take our order because she said "I thought you were Hispanic" and everything we asked she said "We don't have it" but then my aunt (shes white) order the exact same thing I ordered and she took her order.

Terrible experience. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and no one took our order or even acknowledged we were there while. I understand mobile orders but at least take care of the people who are standing there. There were 2 people and neither seemed to care.
Been sitting here for 15mins and nobody in sight and they dont close for another two hours... very dissapointed.
