Rating the service because the wait was terrible and after standing for several minutes to place an order, I was continuously ignored by both associates. There was not even a greeting of "Be with you in a minute". I finally walked away after the associate continued to openly cough into whatever she had been mixing at the counter. I finally walked away to a rather nasty stare.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years, I really, really like everyone but lately there has been one employee who is super rude to me, she makes me wait in line forever, she’s speaks very rude to me. She rolls her eyes at me and takes off to the bathroom every time I’m in line. I hear other customers complaining about the wait time when she is working. I definitely understand the shortage as far as employees go but to make rude comments about customers while they are in line is total completely ridiculous!! And if your coffee is wrong make sure you don’t tell this one!!This is unacceptable!! I wonder how the owner would feel, knowing this is the kind of people representing the business!!

they never have any if the ingredients for drinks that are on their menu. baristas take forever (even when its a short lineh and aren’t very friendly. do better

I am a hugeee caramel fan, so when I ordered my caramel frap with extra caramel I was not disappointed. It was filled and they served it up quite quickly.

Mobile order not ready when arrived. Totally fine, but continued to make others in store prior to mine. Finally acknowledged my order and said it would be ready shortly. Didn’t make my shaken espresso correctly, when the beverage was halfway up the cup and the rest ice the barista made a comment saying that was odd. I stated she made it with half the espresso needed and also needed another splash of oatmilk. After waiting extensively and telling the barista how to make the beverage, I don’t feel the need to ever get Starbucks from this location again.

Ordered on the app and the items I ordered ( a latte and a regular coffee) were ‘out’ when we went for pick up? Why show them on the app then. Waste of both time and money. Was not offered replacements and was told that if I wanted a refund I had to call customer service.
