I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years, I really, really like everyone but lately there has been one employee who is super rude to me, she makes me wait in line forever, she’s speaks very rude to me. Mobile order not ready when arrived. Totally fine, but continued to make others in store prior to mine. Finally acknowledged my order and said it would be ready shortly. Didn’t make my shaken espresso correctly, when the beverage was halfway up the cup and the rest ice the barista made a comment saying that was odd. Rating the service because the wait was terrible and after standing for several minutes to place an order, I was continuously ignored by both associates. There was not even a greeting of "Be with you in a minute". I finally walked away after the associate continued to openly cough into whatever she had been mixing at the counter. I finally walked away to a rather nasty stare.
