Food was bad. Hard bisquet, red beans and rice stale, chicken tasteless. Coke dispenser not working properly. No lids for your drink. O towels in the men's restroom. Associates yelling with plenty of profanity. Dining room was cold.
Visited Popeyes on Glenway in Cincinnati today. We had never been to This Popeyes before. The Menu board was not working, however, the young lady at the counter took her time in explaining our choices and Meal options. She was very friendly, kind, patient and answered our questions with a smile.
New management but still sucks and can't get orders right. They must know they're going to mess up your order because doors are locked stopping you from going in to get it fixed.
