Came via Uber at 8pm just to find the doors locked and had to wait in the freezing cold till my next Uber Came in ordered through the mobile app then but by the time my uber got there even with priority pick up my drinks were half melted and by the time I got home no longer frappicinos (granted im sure they would have been great and an actual frappicinos had the doors not been locked an hour before closing)
To the girl in the bonnet/head wrap who purposely made my drink wrong when I matched her negative energy, thanks for the free drink! Jokes on you, I don’t mind a drink with no syrup, but customer service did refund me anyways. 5 stars because your bad day isn’t going to ruin mine. :))))))
I came in after a long had day and asked them to make me something new while sharing some of the flavors I’m fond of. And let me tell you this is the best drink I have ever purchased I believe the young ladies name was brook and kye I know I messed it that up but I had to call and tell them thank you.
