Rude staff. Treated me like I was dumb because I forgot to say cold brew but then treated the people behind me with absolute respect. Don’t know what I did but staff is rude. Will just continue going to Dunkin like I should have.

I asked for a venti cup they literally given me the half cup filled coffee I asked for the rest they were like we will only give it till here When I’m asking she was so rude and told me to go get the refund
