understaffed (but who isn't). Only go when my daughter is in the mood. Stopped supporting Starbucks years ago when the corporate office claimed they didn't support our troops. Can't in my right mind support a company that doesn't stand with our Americans in uniform defending our country..

Go frequently usually great experience. But went on a busy morning to do a mobile pick up. Ordered decaf got burnt ice coffee. Was going to just deal with it as they were busy, but it was so bad I had to go get it fixed. Fixed drink was 90% milk… just gave up after that
