Ordered light ice in my drinks cause I have a few hour drive, and didn't want my drinks to water down in the car. First time they filled both cups up completely with ice. (Labels even said light ice) 2nd time, the drinks were halfway filled with ice. I gave up asking & left. I understand mistakes but not when the girl remaking it has an attitude about it, esp when it was her mistake. Cashier was super nice tho!

Great service they got it done quickly and had a conversation. I got a caramel ribbon crunch and it was so good. Best way to start my morning. Also, their sausage egg and cheese were very good also.

I used to be there everyday but I am not going anymore.I order 3 cups of coffee on App and one of the shake expresso have NOT option for adding more milk and also I don't want that much expresso in it so i order a Grande and put in a venti cup. The tricky thing happens: When I said can I get extra milk in my cup and she said no and okay I pay for my extra milk and I just go, then I see she is rolling her eyes. I feel offend and I ask her do she rolling her eyes she said no, and I said ok and go away another time. And then I heard she is talking about me. I am angry at this point cause I mean I did nothing! I ask for extra milk and if it's not free I have already pay for it, why was the attitude? After that the manager come out and keep saying have a beautiful day for I think 10 times, she is keep disturbing me to say what I want to say and try to shut my mouth.I mean I understand this store is a university store and it's different than the normal one which do serve customer for extra milk. (or the policy change idk, but I PAID FOR IT) I am wondering why was the attitude and I am also wondering if it's because I AM ASIAN so they think they can do this to me? Please apologize to me, thank you!

I really love this Starbucks location! They always play great music (not pop unlike the Starbucks's on UC's campus) and the staff are hardworking and nice. The bathrooms are always clean and the atmosphere is great. It's the perfect place to write papers and

The barista made a Fantastic suggestion to accommodate for a syrup they ran out of that's used in my "Usual". It was really good and I was grateful to try something new. She was impressive with her knowledge of how the flavors worked together.

It’s great if you like the atmosphere of a school cafeteria. I never posts reviews but this was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I have ever had.

Worst experience with app ordering. Ordered a traveler from first store - 45 mins. Need it in 15 but can't cancel the order. Placed order at second store. Show up, "we don't do those.""But you took my order!?". Sorry, can't refund you. Third store, i can order online, but call to confirm. "No travelers today....". I'll be deleting this app and buying elsewhere from now on.

11:35 Saturday morning 23rd of July. The girls who work this shift have a nasty attitude and apparently hate life and hate their job. But don’t take that out on me … worst coffee I ever had in my life. I’ll go to Dunkin next time. Enjoy

Ooh just diabolically pleasurable experiences! Well maintained and educated customers, found new friends that I can spend time with and a few that are studying psychoanalysis and psychology, which I'm very interested in being a hardcore patient. Starbucks really brings out the intellectual out in people who want to change the nation for the better, it seems like the coffee bean has more potential than just tasting good. I'll be sneakin back shortly, to talk with my little buddies i befriended there.
