Went to get a drink before work and the barista was closing two hours early. I asked how come and she shrugged her shoulders and turned around and didn’t answer.
They need to distinguish which Starbucks is in a grocery and which one is a brick and mortar ?? so annoying

I have had some of the best Starbucks items there and some of the nicest service. There are always challenges and it's location in a Kroger's in a college area doesn't quite have the atmosphere but if you're looking for your Starbucks fix and you're near University of Cincinnati this is a good place to grab it while you get some grocery shopping done also or just walk down Short Vine afterwards.
The early AM customer service person is wonderful. She is very detail oriented when it comes to preparing drinks. Each and every time that I stop if she is giving awesome customer service that is so hard to find !
