I never been here. The price is great and the food was wonderful too.
The sushi and the crab puffs were great, the general tso's had a light crispy batter and a nice balanced sauce, and the fried rice was absolutely perfect. I can't believe this place wasn't busier. I feel like ambient music all the time would go a long way. I can't wait to see what this place becomes. I'd love to see the bar open and karaoke nights on that cute stage!

Sake is a late-night hibachi and sushi restaurant and bar in the Clifton/UC area. The food is delicious, better than expected, with very generous portions. Diners recommend it for both sushi and hibachi. Many note the hibachi dinners, which are amazingly seasoned and cooked, and often feature a buy-one-get-one deal. Specific meals enjoyed include the steak hibachi, chicken hibachi, tuna nigiri, and tuna sashimi. Appetizers like tasty pork fried dumplings and miso soup are also praised, along with the really good ginger dressing for the salad. The vegetables are very fresh.
The service is great and attentive, with food brought out pretty quickly for both dine-in and takeout. The atmosphere is decent, calm, and clean, with a nice-looking interior and some outdoor seating in front. The location is great, though parking is limited to paid street parking or a small parking garage. The restaurant is a recommended spot for some quick hibachi food.
