I have had some of the best Starbucks items there and some of the nicest service. There are always challenges and it's location in a Kroger's in a college area doesn't quite have the atmosphere but if you're looking for your Starbucks fix and you're near University of Cincinnati this is a good place to grab it while you get some grocery shopping done also or just walk down Short Vine afterwards.
The early AM customer service person is wonderful. She is very detail oriented when it comes to preparing drinks. Each and every time that I stop if she is giving awesome customer service that is so hard to find !
I love finding a Starbucks while I'm out shopping. I needed to go to Kroger for groceries when I spotted Starbucks.I ordered a 20 ounce Iced Vanilla coffee. It was very tasty and refreshing on a 96 degree day.Friendly staff and the chocolate brownie was so delicious it almost melted in my mouth.
