Not only does it take 20 minutes to get through this drive through but after all that waiting you get a wrong order an cold fries!! My order was received at 3:23 and I didn’t get any of my food until 3:45! This has happened on multiple occasions, even with 2 cars ahead of me. Oakley should tear this place down. It is dramatically decreasing the standards of an otherwise amazing area
Terrible service, burnt incorrect burgers, hard as nails French fries. Lost my order, I'm waiting and waiting, nobody inquiring if I'm OK! Paid for a $6 burger got a $3.99 burger. Waitresses just standing around bullshittin, that's why my order didn't go through. Even the manager was not up to par... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😠
