The food is always fresh and promptly made. My only concern is teaching your staff to place the fries inside the bag in such a way that it is not found all the way on the bottom of the bag, emptied out from the fries box. It has been happening several times and I thought it would be worth mentioning for better customers experience. Thank you.

It’s actually one of the nicer locations I’ve visited. The inside is pretty clean and the food has been consistently solid. Our kids really like their burgers so we eat here about once a month and so far, no complaints.

The staff was great. They were all kind and working hard, honestly didn't stop cooking once. Inside the restaurant was a bit dirty though. The floors were greasy and we had to find a table that didn't have food still on it, which i still had to wipe off. It bums me out not being able to love steak and shake but sadly it's just not what it used to be. I understand serving staff isn't an option, but having someone for the floor to make sure it's presentable...
