“Amazing service It's Family Owned and the owners are great people. Always feel very welcomed. Kenny Anna and Isha are great people they take the time to make your food. They don't rush you the listen and repeat back to you with a smile on the face. I prefer this location Subway over the one that is 5 mins away from my house because of the service we get when we go in there. Even tho I know my order is large they still make it happen. They have one of the cleanest store around always clean. I know I'll return every time to this location.
Thanks a Million for haven Great Customer Service because we all know who live in the area you don't get Good service in some places but this place always tells you come back and See us.

“Clean. Visited on 11/22 around 7:30 PM. One worker. She was very sweet and kind. But one worker just takes too long and we only had three sandwiches on our order. Recommend staffing two at all times. Food was good although a couple of the veggie options looked a bit stale/old/unappealing.“

“My god the service and quality here is AMAZING! I come in here quite often with my partner and toddler son, they not only remember all of our orders, they are also extremely sweet to my son. This is my go to for fast food and everytime I come in I'm so glad I did. I love the staff at this location and have never had a bad experience here.

“This is an awesome Subway, slightly off the beaten path, but with a spacious dining area perfect for groups. The padded chairs around the fireplace is an especially nice touch. Great corner view of Sycamore and 12th Street for people watching. Fresh subs, friendly service“

Dining room is small and cramped but a small store front.

Busy street so can be hard to get out depending on where you need to go.

Restrooms, well mens, was tiny and very dimly lit but clean.

“Been here a few times in between my lunch breaks. Everything always Tastes fresh. Quick service. Only issue is they have a worker that acts like she doesn't want to be there. She gives off a bit of a rude vibe. Other than her everyone else super sweet“

“This is seriously the absolute best Subway restaurant I've ever been to! Seriously..I used to co manage a Subway many years ago, so I hold a high standard when I go to a Subway. It was squeaky clean.. All the food bins were clean and stocked with fresh veggies ( it's awful when you go to a Subway and get limp, soggy veggies ) The floors were spotless, tables too.I can't express how clean it was.. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. We sat at the window bar where, if needed, they supply USB abd electric plugs! How awesome! The environment is cozy and there was music playing. The food was absolutely scrumptious!! All the toppings were evenly distributed (we got a turkey sub) and the sauce was perfect. They still offer the cheese bread also.. Yay! Hands down. This will be my go to Subway from now on! A++++“

“Always made fresh and the ladies behind the counter are super friendly. I use the app to order online to beat the lunch rush. The prices are similar to other Subway's in the area but the buy one get one footlong is still working BOGO50 but I think that is only until the end of the month. Eat fresh! My spicy italian was super tasty and made perfectly/not sloppy“

“I just found out that they don't give the employees their tips if you add it to your bill at the end and pay by card. Be sure to bring cash and give it directly to your sandwich artist please. The owners didn't even know how to prepare a classic menu item sandwich!! The employee making my sandwich had to show the guy where to find the info on how to make it!! They don't deserve to be taking their tips!! (Not that they do anyway!!) Y'all just bring cash to tip your sandwich artist!! My sandwich was PERFECT I'm definitely coming back!!

“Finally a Subway in the Tri-state area that does not try to short change you. You get all the meat and they are not skimpy on the veggies. Finally after years of visiting one bad Subway after another I have found a great one. I recommend leaving a tip just to let them know you appreciate the great sandwiches. Visited couple of times and always had same pleasant experience. Place worth marking as favorite! One tip for veggie patty lovers. The veggie patties are always on demand and gets finished soon.
