Theres a regular aged white fellow and a younger black gent that works evenings often. To you sirs YOU ARE DOING GREAT! I have been Back 3 times since monday. BEST SUBWAY ON THE WEST SIDE! food was made w care, and attention, store was clean, and they were so kind! I wish more were like you two! Thanks for a great meal and ur cool demeanor means alot.

These guys were working hard, getting the orders out quickly. I had ordered ahead and just walked in, planning to wait patiently as they served the customers in front of them. One noticed me, asked if I had pre-ordered, and handed me my sandwich while checking out the first customer. Amazing customer service and teamwork!

My horrible recent experience at your establishment, which left me both disappointed and disturbed.

Upon picking up my order and returning home, I discovered several gray hairs embedded in the bread of my sandwich. This was not only extremely unsanitary but also incredibly off-putting. Naturally, I called the store to report the issue and speak with a manager. Unfortunately, I was hung up on. When I called back multiple times, my calls were forwarded to voicemail.

Eventually, I was able to speak with a manager, who informed me quite curtly that I would need to return to the store in person to request a refund. Although this was inconvenient, I complied. When I arrived and asked to speak with a manager regarding my order, I showed her a clear image of the contaminated sandwich since I no longer had the item in hand. She then stated she needed to contact the store owner for approval before issuing a refund.

While she was on the phone, an employee (whose beard closely resembled the hair in my food) approached and told me that if I continued to suggest the store’s food preparation area was unsanitary, I could be asked to leave. I found this to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering the circumstances.

To make matters worse, while on the phone with the owner, the manager misrepresented the situation, stating that I had not provided any evidence which was untrue, as I had shown her the photo directly. When I politely reminded her of this, another employee interjected, stating they would call the police if I was being rude despite my calm demeanor throughout.

This experience not only reflects a serious lapse in food safety and hygiene standards, but also a complete disregard for basic customer service and respectful communication. I believe situations like this warrant immediate attention and correction. A food establishment should prioritize cleanliness, accountability, and professionalism at all levels.

I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements.

To the owner Neil!

I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding a recent experience at your franchise location on 3117 W Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH, which was truly unacceptable.

My wife found multiple pieces of hair in her sandwich during her visit and immediately called the store to address the issue. Instead of receiving help, the staff member who answered the phone rudely cut her off and hung up. When she tried to call back, they kept the line off the hook, preventing her from getting through.

Feeling compelled to go to the store, she was met by the manager, Catherine, who was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. There was no apology for the hair in her sandwich, which is a serious hygiene concern. When she contacted the franchise owner, Neal, the best he could offer was a $7 refund, coupled with being told she could never return to the store. This response is completely inappropriate.

What adds to our frustration is Catherine's refusal to provide any contact information for Neal when I tried to reach out for clarification. Instead of helping us resolve the situation, she hung up on me. This behavior is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your brand.

I am disappointed that such a basic issue wasn’t handled professionally, and I feel it’s necessary to share our experience publicly. I hope you take this matter seriously and address the lack of professionalism and accountability at this franchise.

This Subway location on Galbraith and Colerain is highly recommended. They're nice and make the sandwiches well. I wanted to place an online order with Subway, but their website and app doesn't allow you to order footlongs. Only half sandwiches, and I looked at several Subways. They were the same.

The manger and employees were super friendly and just amazing at this location.

Everything was made well

Dining room is small and cramped but a small store front.

Busy street so can be hard to get out depending on where you need to go.

Restrooms, well mens, was tiny and very dimly lit but clean.

The franchise has discontinued buffalo sauce. The only sandwich I truly enjoyed for years from this chain always contained buffalo sauce. Subway is officially dead to me. A truly sad day.

Sad, I put in a review from a month ago. They burnt the sandwich. When I brought it back to be replaced I recieved attitude. I asked for a refund, they refused. So I bought a sandwich that was made improperly wasn't replaced or refunded.... terrible subway.... dont go here.
