I am not sure , but it seems like this location has changed owners and/or management ?? I am finding that their toppings are extremely lite !!. I just ordered a BLT only , I paid $9 for and the Lettuce and tomato is so Skimpy you can't even taste them . Since when is 3 very thin slices of bacon , 3 slices of tomato and two tablespoons of lettuce worth $9 ? The answer is Never ! ! Plus the Flat bread is dry and cracking !! I am not one to complain to your face , But I am that one Customer that will not return and also Tell everyone else to NOT go there !! So shame on you for taking my money and not providing a valued product !! This kind of product will close your doors !!

Stale bread and a sandwich they didn’t even bother to cut. They are stingy with napkins and everything else. Literally go to any other Subway. Waste of money.

Ordered sweet chicken teriyaki salad, very stingy with the toppings. Asked for extra and they acted like it was terrible. For paying $8-$9 there better be some toppings on my salad.Very rude about giving extra anything! Will NEVER go back to this location again at Galbraith & Winton Rd. Have noticed that a lot of the Subways in Cincinnati are being this way.
Two attendants were more interested in talking to each other than waiting on me. Also, lunch meat may be sliced in store, but not fresh for your sandwich. They were all pre-sliced just as before.
If you can't just sell the bread then close. Your meat is nasty I only want the bread. And the we don't have a button for that shows the low intelligence of your crew.
