I first went to the subway inside the Shell gas station on Linn and 8th Street. The customer service just was so bad. They were so busy talking to each other, she wouldn't listen to me. So I left there and went to the one on Glenway close to Cheviot. I really wanted a Subway sandwich. The young man was very nice and friendly. But for some reason the sandwich didn't taste. I like it usually tastes.
6/18/2024-Like others have mentioned, I placed an online order using the BOGOF foot long sub promo since it was listed as a participating location. Within a moment of receiving the confirmation email, my order was cancelled. Per the email, I called the store. The guy that answered the phone said it was because they don't participate in the promotion. He apologized & said I'd be refunded in a few days. My boyfriend picked up a sub for me, which was great but not honoring...
The service was very good! I asked for onions on the side and the employee put it in a separate container. They were happy and efficient and I was in and out ready for my delicious lunch‼️
