This Subway restaurant is really bad. I had placed an order online. But my order did not come, it got cancelled automatically. And they did not even refund my money, my total was $22. But! They did not refund the money at all, I had called on Friday. On Friday a girl picked up the call, they said that your money will be refunded by Monday, but she did not return, so I called again today. And when I called, there was a guy, I don't know which guy it was, I called him again today in the restaurant. Some boy picked up the call. That boy was so rude that he got rude while talking to me and disconnected my call. I called him again but he did not pick up the call. They did not want to return my money, that's why they were not picking up the phone. So that this doesn't happen to you! You too should never order from this restaurant.Thank you.

sandwich was perfect the lady that prepared it engaged in conversation and was very sweet and polite. Her fellow employees were all smiles and joking with each other which made for a very nice atmosphere.

Ordered ahead from the app, 5 footlong subs. The app gave me a pick up time about 20 minutes late. The app gives you the status, order received, building, order ready. The app showed our order was ready but unfortunately when we arrived they haven't even started.I was polite and gave them time to make the subs. I was then informed that 3 of the subs couldn't be made on the requested bread. I was offered white, wheat, or honey oat. I kindly agreed to wheat.About 15 minutes later the subs were complete and we left to go back to our dance competition. When we opened our subs 2 of the 5 were correct the other 3 were missing cheese and tomatoes( tough when 2 of those were veggie subs). Pretty frustrated and disappointed, definitely didn't get what we paid for.Think about that the 2 veggie subs were basically bread, salad and mayo.

I stood in line with at least 5 other people while the employee made his lunch and completely ignored us. 3 people left. When he finished making his sandwich he just looked at me didn't say can i help you or anything. Terrible customer service!!!!
