went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.

I did an online order tonight at the Fairlawn location. I waited and waited and finally turned my lights back on to inquire about my food. They accidentally gave my bag to another car! I had four guys come out to apologize and they hurried up and remade my food. The manager even came out to apologize. It was great customer service and my food was perfect and delicious! I commend them for being honest, apologizing and fixing the issue quickly. Thank you so much!!!!!

I came here excited and I left disappointed. My turkey burger was cold and totally raw. I replaced it with a regular burger and it was paper thin. I asked for a straw with three different people and never got one. So sorry that this was not up to my expectations.

Horrible service. A worker there just told me the district and regional managers quite because how bad this place is ran. Today 11-2-24 they could not make one milkshake because they don't have ice cream.... Like is it COVID-19 all over again or is it a place that is mismanaged... Wow. So sad.

The only thing bringing me to review today's lunch is the coleslaw. Mayo-based version wasn't too bad, but the lack of coleslaw in the 4oz. cup is just not great. I laughed. The chicken tenders were the Gordon food service kind, fresh to my order, but still a pre-made product. A full menu posted outside would be helpful for first timers. Overall, not impressed.
