went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.

I did an online order tonight at the Fairlawn location. I waited and waited and finally turned my lights back on to inquire about my food. They accidentally gave my bag to another car! I had four guys come out to apologize and they hurried up and remade my food. The manager even came out to apologize. It was great customer service and my food was perfect and delicious! I commend them for being honest, apologizing and fixing the issue quickly. Thank you so much!!!!!

Came late at night and got good and fast service. I know you can’t always expect hospitality at a fast food joint but it was SO refreshing to be served by someone who was happy to do so. Keep doing what you’re doing yall!
