I don’t order here often, but every single time I have my order is missing food. I’m really not mad when it happens occasionally, but it happens ever. Single. Time. What is upsetting is when you file a complaint in the app they never get back to you to fix their mistake. It was 10:20 pm on a Monday and I had just enough time to grab a take away before my bus arrived.Fortunately, my food was ready in no time, and the gent was nice enough to give me some quarters for laundry. Thanks a bunch!

Easily the nastiest experience I’ve ever had. On two occasions I’ve gone here late night and found a long white/grey hair in my food. The second time I straight up bit into it and had to pull half of this 12 inch hair out of my mouth. I don’t know if I can ever eat Taco Bell again. I straight up lost 5lbs because of lack of appetite.
