The GM of this Taco Bell made it a rule where you can only get 1 sauce per item and 1 napkin per item.. I’m sorry what lol.. you’re about to serve dry tacos with only 1 sauce & serve the messiest food and only allow 1 napkin..? I couldn’t stop laughing that’s beyond hilarious. The other Taco Bell’s around do not have that “ rule “ so just drive to those if you like your sauce & napkins????

This location is horrible, my fiance and I ordered a mobile order and my friend did her own seperate order so we could pick up and go cause we had my toddler with us. I waited in the car while they grabbed the food, and they were in there maybe 15/20 minutes even though it was ready for pickup when we pulled in. They were ignored the entire time they were in there, and once they got helped the workers were extremely rude to them. They forgot food in our orders so I went in to handle it, and was ignored for 10 minutes. The lady who was at the counter completely ignored me and walked away when I came up to the counter and kept ignoring me and went to the backline. There were two workers over by drive thru who also kept ignoring me until the lady on backline went and told them something and they all rolled their eyes. One of the drive thru ladies came up and asked me very rudely what I wanted and I held up our bag and said we were missing several items and she rolled her eyes again and yelled at backline to make the items. When I finally got the remainder of our food she shoved it toward me. I don't know what's up with the workers at this location but they need retained on customer service because I was disgusted.

Where do I start? We ordered on the app and none of us have had Taco Bell in a while. Usually we go to the one in Amelia or beechmont because their service is so much better than the Eastgate location. But this is the closest one we went to. My friends fiancé and I ordered food for my friends little girl and them. We had two separate orders. The little girl upfront straight up ignored us twice and we were standing there patiently. She helped the woman next to us. Looked at us but still ignored us for about 5 mins till I finally got the attention of the order woman. Not only was the older woman on the line by expedition ignoring and being very rude to me but the little girl was too. Finally when the older woman got my order she kept telling me I needed to hit confirm on my phone which I’ve never had to do before. Then when I got my phone I came in and the little drive through girl told the old woman infront of me there is no confirmation button and then the old women got even ruder with me. We came out and then something was missing so my friend went back inside and she got ignored for 5 mins till she finally lost her cool and then the old women yet again ignored, rolled her eyes, and then ignored her and made the younger girl come back to help us. I don’t appreciate the rudeness, I don’t appreciate the eye rolling or the attitude. I’ve worked for Taco Bell before and I know it gets busy but the drive thru had maybe 2 cars in it and then there were 3 mobile orders. This is absolutely ridiculous. Im so appalled by their attitudes. Very unprofessional.

Placed a mobile order and was made wrong, went in and told them it was made wrong and the girl on drive thru line threw my food towards me for making sure my food was right. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!!!

Since they brought back the Mexican pizza, I have eaten here a few times. The prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS!!IF you all are going to charge that much for a SMALL taco, then I might as well go to Skyline chili and get equally ripped off there but enjoy my fast food meal a lot more!

Was just told I can only get 6 packets of fire sauce because I got 6 items, literally never heard that at any taco bell ever in my life, but I get home and 1 of my 6 packets of fire sauce is Diablo sauce. Who is this sauce tyrant running the late night drive-thru?

When in to order lunch with my son and couldn’t even get waited on. No eye contact, just employees yelling to go to the kiosk. So very frustrating as a customer. I don’t know who was handing out food in the drive thru, but she was in pajamas. This location has gone downhill and the workers were so disrespectful and rude! Never again will we go to the Eastgate location! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!
