This is the slowest place I have ever been to 5 ppl waiting on food an the staff is chatting with other employees an customers. Never have what I want to order have to make up a whole other order this place is a mess!!!!

Seems a little unorganized. It was my first time in and I wasn't sure how it worked until a guest told me what to do... The staff was in the back minus the man expediting the food. He called me the wrong name and repeated the order. When I confirmed that it was my order, he said the wrong name again... but I am not too worried about that. Hopefully more training can occur.

Visiting the downtown taco bell cantina and I'm absolutely disappointed how this store is run. There is 1 employee preparing food and 1 employee mopping.... how ridiculous is that when you have 10+ people waiting on food. Also, why are you advertising food that is not able to be ordered. And in top of that, the whole point of going to this cantina is to get alcohol with your meal and you have none stocked. I am beyond disappointed and hopefully this sorry excuse of a restraint gets shut down before more people are disappointed. Shame on you taco bell for putting your name on this sad store front...

Horrible customer service!! My husband ordered a power bowl and when we went to get a fork and they tell us they dont have any! So a little bit later we go ask if they have a spoon and they said no she is going to go get works. So we wait. Notice the girl is back and we fo back up and ask if she got the fork and she said no there is none. All the while no one who is working will even make eye contact. So my husband says well I either need my money back or something because I'm not eating with a fingers. She hands him to hard taco shells. Absolutely ridiculous!

This was hands down the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I went at lunchtime and have never had such good quality food from a Taco Bell before. Every one of the workers were friendly, our order came out fast and everything was fresh. The tacos were not mostly empty like you get a most TB locations, but instead were loaded with meat and toppings. It was honestly better than the boutique taco place down at the banks that'll cost $15-$20 a person.

The only thing holding this place afloat is the location. I have been to many Taco Bell’s, and this is by far the worst. They have a 10% success rate of making your food correctly, and wait time for your food is typically 10-20 minutes. Terrible customer service. Twice I’ve also seen fights breakout right outside. PLEASE CHANGE MANAGEMENT.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell there is always an issue. I spend money here 3 to 6 times a week, as this is where I transfer busses at yet every time I'm not in here to spend my precious hard earned dollars on food that is barely made right I can't use the bathroom or I can't charge my phone for 10 minutes. I'm sick of this place I will not be coming back here for a very long time y'all are not professional you do not treat people that are regulars like that.

We love eating out. Last night we went to this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We spent a delightful time there with exceptional cooking and an experienced crew and a talented cuisine. We added this place in our list and we will no doubt visit again very soon. Highly recommended.

They were out of beef, but they upgraded my tacos to chicken for no extra charge.

I have been SO EXCITED to go to this Taco Bell since I saw the feature in the Cincinnati Enquirer in 2017. I mean, rum in my Baja Blast Freeze and fancy dressed up taco Bell food on nice sharable plates? My dreams come true!
