I pulled into the drive through at 12:45 since according to their posted hours they close at 1am. They said they were closed. This has happened on multiple occasions, even as early as 12:35. Change your advertised hours if you aren't going to keep them.

I get up to the drive through and ask for 2 orders, they cant do it. So I go around twice to get my food. Get home and we got nothing but soggy tacos. Taco bell really needs to replace employees. If you are in the cincinnasty area I recommend you just keep trucking

The staff lacked enthusiasm and did not communicate well. I went through the drive thru and the employee never acknowledged me. We did not exchange 1 word outside of ordering my food. Felt depressing.

I just went to Taco Bell .my daughter likes nothing but cheese and meat ! I ordered soft tacos and said plain & we get home & have all stuff on it!!!! Then I have my other daughter go and pick up 3 soft tacos and say plain! It comes back with lettuce on it! 🙄 so annoying

Literally hate to say it but Taco Bell needs to not even exist at this point every Taco Bell I go to the employees talk the same like they’re whispering and the portions are skimped, just went to two Taco Bell’s the first one I ordered online we get there and they say they don’t have rice or the nacho fries so we cancel the order and go to another one down the road and they don’t give the items we paid for and still put on something I didn’t want so my boyfriend ends up going back for me so I get what we paid for and he brings back burritos that finally don’t have sour cream but they barely have any meat, cheese or fiesta chips- and these are all things they come with, at this point better than nothing. If I could rate negative zero stars I would!!!!
